Confidentiality:
It is ACE Designers Services’ policy to treat Nondisclosure and Confidentiality of a new product with
the highest priority while performing any services requested by the Designer. The new product concept,
design or critical feature of a new product via any media will NOT be disclosed in any way until the
Designer has deemed it acceptable to do so. This pertains to any new product that is revealed by the
Designer to ACE Designers Services team regardless if a contract has been signed or not. All Designers’
patents will be given the up most respect and due diligence to up hold Nondisclosure and Confidentiality
of the patent. All vendors audited and researched as perceptive vendors for production will be told as
little as possible in the beginning and then will be excepted to sign a nondisclosure agreement in event of
being selected as production vendor. All of the team members and engineers that will be working on a
ACE Designers Services New Product Launch Program are familiar with the nondisclosure discipline
and will sign a nondisclosure agreement if required by the Designer. - Confidentiality

ACE Designers Services are special services offered to Designers which are contained and executed within
the Texas Limited Liability Cooperation – ACE Manufacturing Services LLC.
